SUGGESTED PACKING LIST

1. Check that your passport is valid and current (doesn’t expire in the next 6 months)
2. Make two copies of your passport and tuck them away safely in your luggage, just in case you lose the original
3. For those players who are traveling alone (i.e. unaccompanied by a parent or guardian), please complete the above Travel Consent Form and have that handy when you check in for your flight (again, just in case there is an issue – shouldn’t be, as you are traveling as a large group).
4. Money: We recommend that you change some dollars into pounds so that you have ready cash when you arrive in London (you can do that either through your bank or at your departure airport). Thereafter you can use ATM’s or Credit Cards to purchase goods. Visa and Mastercard are accepted almost everywhere, American Express not so much.
5. Be sure to notify your bank and credit card company that you are leaving the country and traveling abroad. Otherwise your card or access to money may be frozen as a security precaution. Make sure you know your PIN
6. Have you looked into Travel Insurance? The link above gives you an option and an idea of the cost, but feel free to research any other company – the choice to take out travel insurance is entirely yours.

Land Package:
The land package portion of the tour is $2450.
Along with the registration package, you will be required to pay an initial $300 deposit per participant and pay the remaining balance in installments on or before the deadline date of December 1st, 2019.
You will then receive monthly invoice/statements via email on or about the 15th of each month.

You can opt to follow the payment plan or communicate with our office with regards to your proposed payments so that by the deadline date of December 1st, 2020, the balance is paid in full.

This flight is optional. Please let us know if you wish to take this option. Should you wish to pay the group flight amount periodically you have the option to do that. However, please be aware that you need to pay the balance of the flight by October 1st, 2020.
