A commitment by the club to a minimum of 8 weeks of employment.
The maximum commitment is 12 weeks.
A commitment to a minimum of 15 hours coaching per week per coach.
If committing to 15 hours is not feasible can you find another club
nearby who could use the additional hours?
Discounts available for clubs willing to help with accommodation
and/or transportation.
Assistance with scheduling (see sample enclosed)
The club shall provide a suitable location(s) for the trainer to
conduct his/her weekly sessions.
A signed agreement outlining the length of the training period
and the payment terms to Challenger.
A deposit, the amount of which will be determined by the level
of exposure by Challenger particularly when referring to accommodation
and transportation.
To ensure the best possible experience for your club this is
what we provide:-
Qualified and experienced staff members who have been thoroughly
screened and briefed before being accepted onto our program.
We provide liability coverage – a certificate of liability
insurance will be mailed to you prior to the start date of the agreement.We
take care of all employment issues e.g employment contracts, visas,
workers compensation, medical insurance etc.
We provide complete support and assistance through our full time
Regional Director who will help you through the planning, organization
and administration of our CCT Program.
We can attempt to find a club nearby to help share a CCT if
you cannot commit to 15 hours of coaching a week.
