THE CHALLENGER CLUB TRAINER PROGRAM
Most clubs we talk to would love a dedicated professional coach to work with the teams in their organization, however they are held back by the many challenges associated with such a venture. - Recruiting; interviewing; employment contracts; long term commitments; liability; workers compensation; management; accountability; performance objectives etc.
Challenger has addressed all of these issues and can provide a turn-key solution to a club that takes almost no administration and requires no long term commitment. We recruit and prepare the coaching staff and handle all elements of the employment for you!
There are a number of ways in which soccer organizations can utilize the Challenger Club Trainer (C.C.T.) program:
Club Coaching:
Professional coaches to work with all areas of your entire club's development. We will provide as much support as needed to ensure that the coach is utilized to the maximum, in the number of hours available.
Team Training:
The most successful youth teams all receive regular well planned training sessions which follow a consistent philosophy and that develop a system of play that each player becomes familiar with. Your Challenger coach will provide season long coaching needed to create a well balanced team.
Custom created programs:
In addition to team coaching, many organizations offer additional weekly sessions for specific age groups or positions. Your Challenger coach can devise a program of soccer instruction, training and game related coaching for all ages, levels and positions.
Parent & Coaches clinics:
Your Challenger coach can help set up a seasonal coaching program for your coaches and parents; help devise tryouts for your club and also provide your club with an analysis of your club's coach education program.
