TOURNAMENT CHECK IN - Friday, November 19th, 2010
The Tornado Challenger Cup check in will take place at The Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Check in will take place from 2:00pm - 8:00pm and ALL teams must send a representative and MUST check in.
CHECK IN DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
Participating teams MUST have the following at check in:
1. A Copy of their State approved roster with guest players added
2. Their USYSA (or equivalent) player passes
3. A Permission to travel form (for all Non- Georgia teams)
4. GYSA (or equivalent) Medical Waivers
5. There are no Tournament Medical Release Forms.
Guest Players - maximum of 3 guest players will be allowed. For guest players, please add their names to a copy of your roster and bring both their player card and medical release form to check in.
DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL:
North: From Chattanooga , take I-75 S to I-285 E to exit 22, Powers Ferry Rd. Go right at end of ramp, hotel on left.
South: From Florida, take I75 N through downtown Atlanta to I-285 E. Take exit 22, Powers Ferry Rd. Go right at end of ramp, hotel on left.
East: From Augusta , take I-20 W to I-285 N. Take exit 22, Powers Ferry Rd. Left at second traffic light, hotel on left.
West: From Birmingham, take I-20 E to I-285 N. Take exit 22, Powers Ferry Rd. Go right at end of ramp, hotel on left.
