Small-sided game changes:
- U-8 will play 6v6 with a maximum roster of 12 players
- U-9, U-10, U-11 & U-12 will play 8v8 with a maximum roster of 16 players
- U-13 & older will play 11v11 with a maximum roster of 18 players
Participating teams must have:
- State approved team roster
- Official player passes/cards
- Guest player forms (if applicable) - maximum 5 guest players
- Permission to Travel form - For all non US Club Soccer Teams from outside of Missouri (*see below)
- Medical Waivers
