Challenger Sports has 15 offices throughout the US, UK, Australia and Brazil and the company is now the clear industry leader. Challenger Sports owners have been involved in the US soccer camp industry for over 20 years and the company has established a reputation based upon professionalism and quality in everything they do. Challenger Sports will employ close to 800 British coaches and 60 Brazilian coaches in 2010.
With a full time recruitment program in the UK, and our reputation as the best, we attract thousands of UK coaches each year. Challenger however only has 800 spaces available and thus only recruits the most talented and enthusiastic coaches (most of which are holding top UK and European coaching licenses, Honors Degrees and teaching qualifications).
To become a member of our coaching staff coaches must endure the most extensive and selective process of any coaching comapny. All our potential staff are assessed on the field in a practical coaching setting. We evaluate how appropriate their sessions are, how they instruct players and how they interact with players. After this procedure players must have a formal interview. They also undergo thorough background and reference checks as part of the selection process.
